Welcome

I love clay:  the feel, the colors, and the endless creative possibilities.  For over 25 years,  I have been a potter, a sculptor, an artist, and a teacher.   After graduating from  Northern Kentucky University with a Fine Arts degree, I immediately set up my studio and began sharing my love of the medium. 

I use many different mediums in my creative processes. I use wood, steel, found objects....but my main focus and everlasting love is clay.  Stoneware is my favorite.  It has such a sense of stability, strength, and beautiful functionality.

I highly revere the philosophies and aesthetics of Japanese ceramics...the understanding of beautiful imperfection and the adoration of a simple line.
